Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $8. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Softball Swagger Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help make it right.
